What is not included in the plan price
These are third-party costs billed by those providers on your own accounts. We do not resell them, mark them up, or take a cut.
Meta conversation charges
WhatsApp conversations are billed by Meta directly to your own Business account at their published rates. We do not resell or mark them up.
Telephony minutes
Calls and numbers are billed by Twilio, Telnyx, Plivo, SignalWire or your SIP provider on your existing contract.
Email sending costs
You connect your own SES, SendGrid, Brevo, Resend or SMTP account, so email volume is billed by that provider.
AI model usage
AI agents run on your own OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq or Grok API keys, so token spend stays under your control.
Google Places API
The lead finder runs on your own Google Cloud key, so search quota and cost belong to your project.
Why we do it this way: reselling conversation and telephony credits is where many WhatsApp CRM vendors make their margin, and it is why their pricing is hard to compare. Keeping those relationships direct means you always see the real cost, you keep your own rates, and you can leave without renegotiating with anyone.
Questions about plans and billing
Every new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is needed to sign up, and you are not charged automatically when the trial ends.
The plans, prices, limits and modules shown on this page are loaded live from our system, so they are always current. We set them and may change them over time; any change for an existing subscription is communicated to you first.
Open Settings → Plan in the app and pick a new plan. The new plan starts right away and your autopay switches to it. Your data, users and settings stay as they are.
Inside the app with Razorpay — UPI, cards or netbanking. Autopay renews your plan every month or year; cancel anytime from Settings → Plan.
It means the plan sets no cap on that item. Your practical limits then come from the third-party services you connect, such as your Meta messaging tier, telephony account or email provider.
No. WhatsApp conversation charges, telephony minutes, email sending, AI model usage and Google Places searches are billed by those providers directly on your own accounts. We do not resell or mark them up.
